1. Can I have a sample for evaluation?

Answers: Yes. We are able to provide free cutting samples after you accept our offers. Normally, the shipping costs may be collected for the 1st cooperating customers.

 

2. What is your payment terms?

Answers: 1) 30% T/T as deposit; 70% T/T before container loading;

                   2) 100% sight LC is acceptable to us.

 

3. How to Place orders?

4. What is your lead time?

Answers: 1) For 1*20’ container, it is within 15 working days

                    2) For 1*40’ container, it is within 20 working days

                    3) For sample order, it is within 7 working days

 

5. What is shipping options do I have?

Answers: Normally, we load racks in containers and then which are delivered by Sea or by Train. Mostly, by sea is the best and costs-saving way and most of our clients use this way. While for some of clients, delivery by train is also a good choice.

 

6. Does shipping costs cover local taxes, import duties, and other import-related costs?

Answers: The shipping costs does not cover any local taxes, import duties and other import-related costs levied by your government. The buyer have to bear these import-related duties. You may consult more information with your local customs offices.
